    I am a Hampshire based figurative painter exploring contemporary representations of the female form. My work reinterprets historical imagery, challenging traditional depictions of women in art. Using bold colour and expressive brushwork, I aim to reframe past narratives and invite viewers to reconsider how the female body has been portrayed across different periods.

    My passion is for fabric and stitch, my background in illustration, fashion and hand-embroidery. Recently my practice has grown using new methodologies to create large-scale installations and interactions. My work is generous and inclusive, acting like a type of therapy, offered to the viewer with gentle humour. Methods I use are traditionally craft related, all familiar childhood activities.

    I am a graphic designer and a visual artist. I work mostly in oil on canvas but work sometimes with acrylic and water colour. Most of my recent paintings were influenced political and social upheaval of our world today and the works of the Renaissance artists. I do not like artworks to be just for decoration but to evoke feelings.

    I am a conceptual artist based in London. I moved to London from Ukraine in 2001 and have been a part of Studio Fridays until 2022. I am self taught and draw my inspiration from the connection between humans and nature, exploring transience, change, grief, loss and ageing.     My work follows two parallel yet colliding lines, shaping and complementing each other. I compose space, and space shapes me. The serenity of one form mirrors the Dionysian force of another. I work with ordinary materials, embedding them in familiar structures that fade when left untouched.     I am a visual artist working in sculpture installation and print. With a BA in 3D Design in Glass from UCA Farnham, I graduated with an MA in Art and Science from Central Saint Martins London 2018. Investigating themes related to natural forces and perception, I won the National Open Art Prize Installation Category in 2017 and was selected for the British Glass Biennale 2022.
