    Hannah Thomas (British) is a painter, she currently works out of her studio in Wiltshire, UK. Working with acrylics, oil sticks and pastels she creates large, bold works characterised by recurring motifs and biomorphic shapes in fractured, abstracted landscapes.     I trained in theatre design at Central St Martins and have worked within the creative arts for over 25 years in fields as diverse as making carnival costumes to lead designer on a Bafta winning computer game. My work explores themes such as mental health and politics through a masquerade/ carnival lens.
